We will then direct you how and where to drop off your Audio or Video submissions between May 1 and May 31.  **

Photo Files Specs:
The final photo(s) must be saved as an image file and should be no larger than 4.12Mb in size; no less than 1200 pixels on the image's shortest side. Most computers have ways you can access all this information for any digital photo. Finally, name your file following these parameters: last name - first name  - No. 1, - No.2, etc. (for multiple files). You can then upload your Art-2D and Art-3D photo (multiple photos must be uploaded one at a time, 3 max.) using the online Submission Form.

Some Tips for Photographing your Original 2D and 3D Art:
Use a high-resolution phone or digital camera when taking still photographs of the original artwork. If you have one, use a tripod as it will make the photos much sharper but this isn't necessary if you are able to hold the camera perfectly still. Turn off the camera flash and place the artwork in natural diffused daylight. Try not to place the artwork in direct sunlight as it will result in a photo with much more contrast. Try shooting some photographs in different lighting situations to get the one photo that most looks like the original.

Acceptable Upload File Formats:
Please submit your files in the following formats; no exceptions will be allowed.  Image: jpg, jpeg, png, heic; Word: pdf; Audio: mp3; Video: mp4.

** In mid-July, "Outstanding" entries will be announced. If your work is selected as "Outstanding," we will notify you about the potential for public display, exhibition or presentation depending on applicable COVID-related restrictions. Please note that specific information regarding, packing, delivery and presentation of "Outstanding" works will be offered and coordinated well in advance of any planned public events.
