Liz Lurie and Peter Beasecker both have been making functional pottery for over 30 years. In 2005 Peter was hired as a ceramics professor at Syracuse University, and their family moved from Dallas,Texas to Fenner, (just outside Cazenovia) NY. They have a showroom and Liz teaches pottery classes out of her studio. In 2007 they started building kilns and setting up shop. They now have a 100 cubic foot train style wood kiln, a 70 cubic foot gas kiln and multiple electric kilns. The show room is open by appointment and Liz is opening an on-line shop through her website on December 5th. 2020, with local pickup.
